Second, during the cable construction process, it is inevitable to leave tiny sliding marks on the insulation surface, and semiconductor particles and sand particles on the emery cloth may be embedded in the insulation. In addition, because the insulation material is exposed to the air during the joint construction, it will inhale the moisture in the insulation material, leaving hidden dangers for long-term safe operation. Third, the installation is not strictly in accordance with the process of construction or process regulations, did not consider possible problems. Four is the final acceptance of the DC voltage test, resulting in the formation of anti-electric field at the joint, resulting in insulation damage. Five is caused by poor sealing treatment. The middle joint must adopt the sealing structure of metal copper shell and PE or PVC insulation anti-corrosion coating to ensure the compactness of the lead seal on site, so as to effectively ensure the sealing and waterproof performance of the joint.
