Take relevant measures:
1) Before production, select appropriate parameters, such as pitch diameter ratio, twist ratio, twist length and twist direction. They have a direct impact on product quality, stability, strength, resistance and material consumption.
2) Reasonably adjust the position distribution of the single line on the distribution board according to work experience;
3) Select the appropriate pressure hole grid, generally requires that the die diameter is 0.3-0.5mm smaller than the outer diameter of the wire;
4) Reasonably adjust the tension of the release reel to ensure that the tension of each single thread is moderate and consistent;
5) Adjust the torsion device at the same angle to eliminate the internal stress generated during the processing of the guide rail;
6) Minimize the number of stops during the twisting process and try to produce at a constant speed.
