When the critical humidity is lower than the humidity in the atmosphere, water droplets or water films will appear on the surface of the steel core aluminum strand. If the atmosphere contains harmful impurities, when they are dissolved in water droplets, water films and electrolytes, it will aggravate corrosion. Therefore, the storage environment selected by the manufacturer requires dry, ventilated, cool, etc. to reduce the amount of water vapor in the air.

As we all know, the main problem of steel reinforced aluminum stranded wire storage is to prevent corrosion. If the ex-factory products of ACSR are corroded and rusted, it will not only affect the appearance, but also affect the performance of ACSR.
